We have a particularly troubling concrete basement floor where multiple professional opinions - all different - had our heads spinning. Enter Kelly and John. I called them to see if they would install an over-layment. This led to a detailed conversation, leading to Kelley realizing they couldn't be our solution, but that they'd help us find one. Talk about generous! After this call, they provided guidance over text to test for water, visited for an in-home consultant (again, still not expecting us to provide them business), walked through options, pros and cons, and ultimately offered a recommendation AND referrals.They clearly know their stuff, and their generosity with their time and expertise is not always seen these days. They even stuck around to provide additional advice on our driveway, downspouts (leading to a cracked driveway that becomes an ice rink in the winter) and more. I wish we could give our business to them because they were kind, generous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'm sure they'll be the same with anyone else who seeks their help.
