+ -1 moreI have used AB Computing for many years and have always found Andy (Owner) to be responsive and on time when he has come out to the house for a service call. He is very willing listen to my description of the problem and then will ask questions to be sure he understands it and then goes to work. He will also suggest other things I may want to consider. He is never pushy. His work is "top notch" . When he leaves my problems have been resolved. I have also used Andy to remove viruses and to re-install programs that were corrupted. I have found that it is very productive to have a list of all of the problems I want Andy to deal with. It helps me insure that I will get every thing covered by him. Andy is very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails. I will use him for all my computer needs. I have recommended him to my friends and they have never been disappointed.
Description of Work: By mistake I deleted all the pictures I had on my computer ( About 14 years worth) I had AB Computing LLC look and see if they could restore the pictures. Andy was able to restore ALL the pictures and he showed me how do do an automatic backup.
