Robert Radman and his crew replaced a roof for us. The process was easy from start to finish. They left the yard cleaner than they found it. I recommend wholeheartedly.

Overall it went very well. The guys worked hard through inclement weather. Everyone was polite and the yard was picked up afterwards. The house looks brand new, we love the color.

From start to finish 2 1/2 weeks, amazing. They were very professional, high quality workmanship, mess cleaned up daily. Raymond was prompt about calling back and answering questions. I would use TRS Builders again and recommend them. We are very pleased by the outcome!

Within minutes of me going on Angie's List to find a roofer I received a call back. The next week our new roof was put on. The crew did great work and made sure they cleaned up after themselves and even got the dumpster out of our driveway right away. A few months ago we thought we were having some trouble with some gutters leaking through. I called them and even though that was not part of the job they had someone out right away to caulk the area. Everyone in the company was very professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend them!

The job looks great. The crew made sure all nails and debris was picked up and the lawn was free of nails.

Workers arrived on time, worked like pros and were courteous and professional and cleaned up afterwards.

They showed up on the day scheduled and the crew worked until the roof was done.. Cleanup could have been cleaner but sales person made it right with us. Sales person helped through the process with insurance also.

Ray was very prompt to get out for the estimate when we originally called and then when we scheduled the work to be done they were able to get out to do the work just a few days later. They showed up earlier than they originally thought they would be able to and were done in just a few hours. I had to leave for a bit for an appt and when I arrived home I found one of the downspouts was not to my liking. I call Ray and he was very eager to make sure I was satisfied so we talked about it and he will be back out to re-direct it when he gets the part in that he needs to do it. Overall I am very happy with everything they've done! I will be calling for estimates on other work we have planned around the house once the funds are available to do so.

Raymond met with the insurance guy three days, (Sunday morning), after a hail storm did a number on our neighborhood. He negotiated with the adjuster for the better materials and replacement metals. Raymond educated the claims guy on state/local codes required that the adjuster was unaware of, but agreed to include. He contacted a city inspector immediately; acquired the permit. On Tuesday, two days later, our roof was replaced. Cleaned up great. Of the hundreds of damaged roofs in the area, none were completed with such expedition. Raymond has been patient in receiving payments as my insurance company dragged its feet on issuing all the checks. One got lost in the mail, and he is still waiting for the final payment a month later without complaint. The work was done professionally, sent people out a couple more times for minor touch ups, threw in a new roof water heater vent at no charge that insurance wouldn't cover. I can't say enough positive things about Mr. Strantz and his company - will definitely contact TRS again for any future home improvements. It is with ease, I give this top recommendation.

A hail storm left my house, rental house and garage damaged. TRS Builders did an inspection and said I should call my insurance adjuster. Ray Stranz, the owner, worked with my insurance and all siding and window wraps were approved. His crew came in and replaced the old siding with excellent quality siding. My homestead looks wonderful and it is much warmer with the foam under the siding. The outside lights and doorbell had to come down to get the siding on. All was replaced with new lights and doorbell. There was so much attention to detail. A large dumpster held all the old siding and waste from new siding. The gutter covers were damaged and replaced, air conditioner damage repaired and new shutters were installed. The dumpster was removed as soon as the job was done. Since it snowed, Ray promised they would come back in the spring to do more clean up and paint some rusty pipes to match the siding. I trust him to do just as he promised. He is an excellent negotiator and makes sure his crew is doing the job right.

Patrick from TRS stopped by in our neighborhood after we received hail damage to our siding. I would normally be hesitant to speak to someone going house to house but he was very friendly and polite. And in the end, I was looking for someone to do the work and didn't know where to start looking (this was before Angie's List). Because this was an insurance claim, I can't speak to price other than they worked within the guidelines and estimates dictated by my insurance company. Patrick was my primary contact and overall did a very good job. Very professional and was easy to contact during the process - which was long due to siding match searches. Their crew did a good job with the installation and once we were given the go-ahead from our insurance company, they finished it in a relatively acceptable time period. They were not satisfied until we were satisfied so in the end we were happy and we would recommend TRS.

Ray was around after the storm. He took care of everything. I didn't know how to do anything with the insurance and Ray took care of all that. I didn't have to do anything. That was a relief. They did a excellent job. They even reshingled my dog house. They talk to you and have a good sense of humor which everyone needs when they are going through storm damage. And yes, if I need anything done around the house from now on I am going to call them. It doesn't pay to have someone do things that don't know what they are doing and these guys definately know what they are doing.

We had a severe storm in our area and there was a lot of damage to homes. Most of it was roofs and siding. Our home had mostly siding damage. Raymond stopped by and gave us info on his company. He had done work on my neighbors house and I talked to them and they were quite satisfied with the work. Our insurance company had done and inspection and given us a settlement. Raymond came over and did his evaluation and concluded there was more damage than the insurance found. He arranged for a new inspection and got several more items included in the settlement. Since some work was covered by insurance we decided to do more. We ended up with new: roof, insulated siding, soffets, fascia, gutters, downspouts, wall wrap, metal window wrap. The TRS crews were very good. The initial demo created a lot of debris which they cleaned up daily. The even picked up nails that fell in the yard. The work took over 10 days to complete and each day we would be told when they would be back and they were always there on time. There were no surprises in the job. Raymond had done a thorough job estimating the work and we came in right on estimate. The end result was great. Both my wife and I were very pleased. We would strongly recommend TRS Builders. We will use them again.
