+ -1 moreOle is just an all around nice guy that is your friend the minute you meet him. He is no-nonsense and tells you up front what your problems are and how much to fix. I trust his recommendations. When Ole finally retires I don't know who I will use!!

+ -1 moreAny time we've had Mr. Teigen do repairs, there has never been a problem. He's never had to come back a second time because something sent wrong. He's just excellent.
Description of Work: We have used Teigen's services numerous times over the past 15 years for furnace cleaning and repairs, and also for central air conditioner repair. He is very responsive and professional. He is generally just a very nice person that does excellent work at a very fair and reasonable price. We have never had any problems with any of the repairs he's made to our furnace or central air conditioner over the many years. We few years back our central air unit went out and it had to be replaced. We got a few estimates and his price was the most reasonable and he was able to put in the new unit in two days, compared to many days estimated by others. We would never use anyone else.
