I called Jerry for a backed up sink that we'd been dealing with for a long time and he arrived within 10 minutes of my phone call! He and his son, Mike, brought in a power snake that took care of the blockage within 5 minutes. Easiest contractor job I've ever had, and the price was reasonable and completely worth it. Called Jerry that morning and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he'd be able to fit me in his schedule that day. What a relief! We've used his services before and he is the best!

They inserted their drain reaming device and it went in an unexpected direction. They explained that this was a drain that had been installed incorrectly, so that it would drain into the master floor drain. However there was almost no drop between the spare drain and the master drain, so water could not flow. I didn't know about the existence of the master drain, because it was hidden under the washing machine. We decided that I should rely on the master drain and not use the spare drain. They gave me a small discount. Throughout, they were courteous, professional, and explained things clearly. This is my second experience with Stoi's and I recommend them highly.

I got referred to them. He was very good. We were very pleased with him. He was here for probably an hour and a half. He confirmed that a pipe was broken that I couldn't see. He went down with his rooter and concluded that the pipe was broken. That was something that we wanted him to address.

I called 3 different drain cleaning companies to get compare potential cost to clean 7 drains. One didn't bother to return my call. Next one quoted me a price to do all work. Called Jerry, got machine, left message and he called right back. I needed 7 drains cleared, Jerry explained to me that it was unnecessary to clean any that I currently was not experiencing any problems with, I was going to have them all cleaned, incorrectly thinking it was proactive. This honesty on his part saved me $$, other guy was perfectly willing to take my money for work unneeded. Jerry gave me helpful tips on how to avoid clogs in the future, was professional, honest and personable. He charged a fair price for what is hard, smelly work. He was unable to clear my two sand impacted garage floor drains, but referred me to someone he trusts that does jetting, which is what is necessary to clear the sand out. This guy is a refreshing throwback to a time when people were honest and you got quality work done at a fair price ! I would absolutely hire him again.

Jerry was able to come over the same day that I called for service. He had the job finished within 25 minutes. Jerry does a great job - he's fast, thorough and friendly. He does a great job and there is little mess. If there is, he cleans it up! We've used Jerry in the past for a slow moving tub drain and also a slow sink drain. We've always been very happy with his service and pricing.

Jerry called to see if he could come a 1/2 hour early. He is a great guy, very honest and easy to work with. He ran a snake down 30-40 feet of drain line under the basement floor that ran from the kitchen to the main line that was completely plugged, and had not been clean out in 20+ years. In about an hour, he was done, with very little mess, and he cleaned that.

The plumber, came out and gave me the number to Stoi's Sewer Services, that does sewer cleaning. Jerry Reis from Stoi's Sewer Services, came out and had my drain cleaned in 10 minutes.

I called Stoi's and Jerry,( the new owner) was able to come the next day. He came right on time and cleaned the drain out. I was very satisfied with his price, much less than others I had called, and the promptness of his response.

He was very quick, fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable price. I would hire him again in the future.
