The execution didn't match what was promised. Upon completion we pointed out many areas where the color was uneven, annoying since we hadn't wanted any color. We were told repeatedly it could take a 1-2 months to soak in & even out. It was fall so Bob said they would gladly complete any necessary corrections in spring, and we got this in writing. By spring the deck was a visual disaster. The flat surfaces had a noticeable marbleized quality; the numerous drip marks & puddles hadn't faded. Numerous calls were made to Bob over a 4 to 6 week period before we finally got a response. Bob came out & agreed it was a mess. He went over the steps he'd take to correct it & did come back one time to see if pressure washing would help. It didn't. Despite dozens more unreturned calls & an agreement to return our money, we haven't heard from Bob again. Estimates to bring the deck back to its original state are in the thousands for labor and materials and we are being forced to take legal action.
Description of Work: This was our first deck and after it was built we had wanted it to receive a clear protective coating. Bob McVey was the owner/company representative who did the treatment on the deck.

ALL THE CREW MEMBERS WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND CONCERNED WITH PRODUCING A HIGH QUALITY DECK. THEIR SERVICE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WE HAD EXPECTED.
