+ -1 moreVery disappointed in the outcome of this contact. Established contact, was very courteous and professional. Described a suggested resolution to problem, and gave a reasonable estimate of work, and scheduled an appointment. Due to weather, it was understandable that the first appointment was canceled due to vehicle breakdown, this appointment was on Friday. A promise was made for a Monday morning appointment, the vendor did not keep that appointment. Have reschedule work with another vendor.
Description of Work: Was to clean furnace, and check on general distribution problems of the home.

+ -1 moreHe returned my call promptly, arrived on time and completed the work that was needed in a reasonable amount of time. Cloths were laid on the carpet and a vacuum ran while he was sweeping the chimney, so that no dust escaped into the room. He cleaned everything very well. We plan to use him the next time and I would recommend his service.
Description of Work: Cleaned chimney using extension brushes, so it could be accomplished from the fireplace. He also vacuumed and removed all the ashes from the fireplace.
