I contacted Medina about 2 or more weeks ago, after 2 or three calls back and forth i suggested he come to the house to see some of the work needed. Since I live only 15 minutes from him I didn't think it would be a problem, Another couple calls and he finally showed up. Then around the 8 th of August we made a plan to start work on the 12th of August at 9:00 A M. On Mon the 12 th he didn't show. He was trying to get permission for a Dr. to clear him for being able to work.. There was a death in his family a week before and he went tthe east coast for the funeral and then he had to take his son to football practice at 9:00 am and after he got back from the east coast he had jet lag ( his words) and couldn't show up.He hasn't shown up but he is pleading to give him a chance, which I'm not about to do. I think he would be a most untrustworthy individual and I certainly wouldn't want him to have access to our home. I am not making this up. I noticed he had been on your list for sometime but no reviews, probably because he never did any jobs. Of course he recently moved from California where those who are on some Gov't subsidy outnumber the employed. Doug Lassey
