It took over two weeks for him to come out and do the work and when the work was done there was still a high spot in my lawn the will need to be removed.

My front yard ash tree needed pruning as branches were reaching over my roof. The estimate was competitive. The crew arrived right on time. The work went well. (I was amazed at the agility of the young guy who did the trimming.) They were very courteous and cleaned up the yard and hauled all the brush and branches away.

The company was very nice, responsive and delivered wood when we asked. Wood was not uniform in size and didn't burn as well as other wood we've had in the past.

The experience with Rod and Blue Chip Tree Company was great. I called Rod, who came out and gave an estimate the next week like he said he was going to. After receiving the estimate and noting the reasonableness of the charges ($495 for removal of an entire tree), I contacted him again to give him the go ahead to remove the tree. He gave me an estimate of time when he thought he would be able to get to it. He ended up coming out even sooner than he thought he was going to be able to. I didn't have to take off work to meet him at my house. They came in and removed the tree and cleaned up after themselves completely. I came home that night and didn't have to stare at the ugly, deadening, overgrown tree. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very well. Rod was easy to reach, called me back right away. He came out the next day to give me an estimate and then followed up today with his crew, completing the work. Lots of trimming needed to be done before they could get to the limb that had to come down. The team was very safety conscious and really worked together.

We were very pleased. We chose Blue Chip Tree service after receiving 3 estimates. Rod came out to do an estimate the same day I called. They tried to come out a couple of times to do the work but heavy rains prevented them from starting. They were cautious of the back yard and how soft the ground was from the rain so they waited a few more days. The crew arrived promptly and worked fast. They were all very professional and pleasant and did not mind people watching (from a distance of course) That size of a tree does draw a crowd. They removed all the brush and raked up any remaining debris when they were done. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs tree work done!!

The work was done with good quality, they cleaned up the yard nicely, and the trees look great. Very nice work and I am very happy with the results. Price was reasonable for work performed.

I received a prompt reply to my phone call, Rod was prompt in coming to my yard, gave me an immediate estimate. He was agreeable to waiting until I was ready for the job. . The crew arrived on time, did exceptional work, was very careful not to drop limbs on the fence or surrounding landscaping. They were all very professional and respectful, I plan to use this company again to trim the trees in my yard

We had used BlueChip several years ago and were pleased with their tree trimming service at that time. We were similarly pleased this time and would use them again in the future. We would recommend them. The work was started and completed when they said it would be. The clean-up was excellent and done promptly. The crew was courteous and friendly, as well as cooperative.

They were effecient and they cleaned up very well. They did everything I had requested. You will need to specify what you need done like if you want the stump removed or the debris hauled away.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

We have used Blue Chip nearly every year for well over 10 years. They have always given us good advice, quoted competitive prices, been prompt and respectful, performed the work specified and cleaned up after themselves. Their equipment can handle large scale trees.

Blue Chip did not remove the tree as agreed upon. There was confusion about which tree(s) to cut and remove. They cut and removed one or more smaller trees of mine and my neighbors. They removed the wood from these trees. While cutting the large tree they were hired to cut and remove, they called me from the site and stated they could not remove the tree after-all. I felt pressured to let them leave it there. (I had left the check for them.) Later, when I looked at the work, they had left a mess. I called asking them to clean it up. They came back and again, stated that they could not remove it and tossed the wood into the woods. I told Rod I was unhappy with the results. He asked me to call back and we could work something out. I was unable to call him back, due to my cancer surgery and recovery, in a timely manner. I finally called him back this spring. He was unwilling to negotiate with me to remove the wood, or provide some type of refund, as I requested.
