We used Smart Builders 02 times in 02 years. We worked with Mosen Atazadeh, the sales representative, who was absolutely stellar with his expertise, honesty, professionalism, responsiveness to our questions/concerns, and working with our insurance company to secure the best possible coverage. Mosen and Smart Builders replaced more than 75% of the roofs and gutters in our Chanhassen development of 15 homes. Everyone in our neighborhood has had nothing but superior plus praise for Mosen and the company he represents.

Preston went above and beyond working with our insurance company and keeping me informed every step of the way. Our claim was denied twice to replace the roof which had leaked in the spring and had lots of hail damage. Preston worked hard to ensure that the entire roof was replaced and not just parts of it which were initially approved. Preston showed us lots of different options for our roof and explained the differences between each company's shingles. He also detailed the work they were going to perform and the quality materials they use. The roof was replaced in one day with everything protected around the house and cleaned up afterwards. I absolutely recommend Smart Builders!

Nikolay Kifyak was the sales representative for our project. The work has been completed and the results are excellent. The roof was done shortly after the big storm in June 2017 and it looks great. Due to the volume of damage done in the area from the storm it took a little longer to get everything else completed but it was well worth the wait. Great. The roof and gutters all look great, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done. I especially appreciated how easy smart builders was to work with, especially everything they did to help with the insurance claim process. Very professional - I would recommend without hesitation.

Nik and Smart Builders were GREAT. Nik was helpful, attentive and absolutely great. He helped me with the insurance adjuster (not on the way that other roofing companies do, where they establish an adversarial relationship and bludgeon each other until the work eventually gets done). The State Farm adjuster (a hard case of ever there was one) actually said that he's worked with hundreds of companies across, and this is one of the best. He said Nik was incredibly trustworthy. I've got a nearly 4000 square foot house with a high pitch on the roof. The roofers arrived early, started work, waves my 2 year old daughter when I took her to daycare, worked until after dark and had it ALL done in a DAY. Potentially the best construction service experience I've ever had.

Roman came out and worked directly with the insurance company and their adjusters. Roman was very professional and knowledgeable answering all our questions and making the insurance claim that much easier. At the time of our house being repaired, we were nearing the late portion of November and the weather was not cooperating, but Smart Builders was able to return over the course of several days to complete the work as needed.

It went really well! I have beautiful new roof, they cleaned up after themselves, it went great! Nick worked with the insurance company, keeping me informed and helping me figure out insurance. He's now helping me to see if I can get the siding fixed that blew off in a wind storm.

It went very well. In any type of home service job, my expectation is that the plan is laid out well ahead of time. In this case Mohsen met with my wife and I, set the timeline for the project, and met all of the dates as outlined. The crew was very efficient and completed the project with minimal effort on our part. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Smart Builders and Mohsen in particular.
