He was a great person. Upsold me that as I only needed him to patch a water leak, he ended up installing some new stuff which I agreed to. He did the work of patching a leak in my gutters. It took until winter to realize there was still a problem, and I never reached out.... for several years. I finally reached out via review and even after several years the man was concerned about an unsatisfied customer and is planning on coming over to correct the problem. That is customer service at its core and I really appreciate his attitude and mindset towards running a business. Deserves 5 stars just for that. When he had done the work, he was in and out within a few hours and the pricing seemed fair.

Was shown what needed repair on initial visit, pricing of job was fair and no additions to estimate were made. The job was completed in less then 1 week.

They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards as well. Super nice guy.

Max was very knowledgeable and took time to explain my gutter problems including sagging, drainage, and failure due to age. Excellent communication with schedule updates due to Minnesota weather. My gutters and guards were installed all in one day! One of their next projects is replacing gutters at my mom's house. Thanks Royal-Gutters.

The folks at Royal-Gutter were easy to work with, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was right. Max arrived on Saturday to give me an estimate and the next Tuesday a crew member reinstalled the downspout. I am pleased with the work and will add the company to my notebook of contractors I will call again.

Max and his crew were the best! From the get go they were extremely knowledgeable about what we needed. They quoted us last week and completed the project yesterday. Not even a full week has passed and we have all brand new gutters! The team was meticulous about their work and it shows. The communication was great and Max honored his quote.
