The job was given a once over review before he started work. He and his assistant put drop cloths down in addition to the cloths we put down to protect our new range hood and countertops. At our request they removed their shoes when moving over the carpet. The job took about 2 1/4 hours (faster than I expected), and his sweeping up/carefully removing the cloths were thorough. The ducting looks good and the range hood now exhausts outdoors, which was our goal.

He was here by 8 the next day! And was done before noon. Courteous, prompt, cleaned up when complete, answered all of our questions. Quality work and service at a reasonable price. Will not hesitate to hire OT Heating & Cooling again!

Oleg was about 15 mins. late but texted me to let me know. When he got here I told him to go ahead and leave his shoes on, but took them off anyway. Found out that the burner was rusty when he took it out at which time I asked If I needed a new one and he said he didn't think so. He cleaned it up with a wire brush, reinstalled and work perfectly. And the whole job on a SATURDAY was only $75. I will be putting him in my cell phone for future work!!!

Oleg is very professional. If he doesn't have the answer for something he will research it and get back to you with an answer in a reasonable amount of time He also has a good team working for him to make sure things are fixed be it electrical issue/ HVAC. Which is great and saves time bouncing from one to the other and trying to communicate all that is wrong. Only issue we have had would be in timeliness, however if he says he is coming he comes.

Oleg is a rare technician who operates with integrity and provides fair prices. We've been in this business for many years and he is one of the few that I can say I would vouch for him. He has done many projects for us and we will continue to work with Oleg. A+ and thank you.

We had a great experience working with Oleg. He responded very quickly for our request to estimate the price for an air conditioner repair service, and he showed up within a couple of hours. The price of his service was reasonable and he purchased the needed part and installed it the same day. This fall (more then a year later) we had a problem with our water hitter. We contacted Oleg to schedule an appointment to fix it. But he gave the detailed consultation providing the trouble shooting over the phone, and it worked out!!! Some company would charge you about $300 for a diagnostic, but we got it for free as a complementary service for returned customers.
