Ken provided a very reasonable price for our tree removal. They were fast and efficient and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service, all of the workers were very professional and courteous. Crew arrived right on time, did a great job and cleaned up so well you hardly knew they were there. The tree taken out was a pine and I only found a few needles in the grass, they racked up about 6 wheelbarrows full. I highly recommend Ken's Tree Service for anyone needing tree work.

I requested a quote via Angie's List request process, and I received an almost immediate response from Ken's Tree Service. Very prompt! Ken came out within a couple of days, as promised, and provided a quote as requested. Although we did not hire him for the project, I would certainly give him a shot on the next project of this nature.

They did an excellent job of removing and cleaning up after themselves. The tree was located very close to my home with several large branches overhanging the roof. I would definitively hire again.

Can’t say enough good things about the service provided. They had the right equipment to cut down large oak trees, stack the logs and grind up the brush. Amazing debris cleanup. We won’t even consider anyone else for future tree trimming.

Ken's Tree Service is excellent. He and his crew did a great job and when I had a question about the job after it was completed, he immediately returned my call and answered my questions. This is the third time we have used his yard services and we have always been extremely pleased.

It went well once lined up. My job was kind of small, so Ken fit it in one afternoon. My only complaint is that communication/scheduling was not very smooth. But once committed, Ken's was prompt, courteous, and professional and they had the work done in no time.

Communication regarding scheduling was difficult and not always responsive. Part of that is due to the nature of outdoor work being dependent on weather, however, communication could have been better. Pricing was excellent, substantially cheaper than competitors. Work was performed quickly and safely, they did an excellent job cleaning up. I was slightly dissatisfied with the stump grinding service. Tree was removed to make way for a fence and I was assured that the stump would be completely removed so that it would not affect placement of the fence post. There was a substantial amount of the stump left over, and my fence contractor and I had to chop out a portion of it by hand in order to get the post in.

Fantastic!! The crew was very efficient and cleaned up everything. Extra work was done for no additional fee - lower branches removed from a pine tree and a small maple was trimmed, too. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends.

The work done was very efficiently. It took only about two hours for all the trees to be taken down, the wood removed, chipped up, and cleaned up. I was very happy with their attentiveness to the surroundings as well: my flower garden all around the trees, and they left no serious damage. (It was February, and the ground was still frozen.) All of what they did was for a very reasonable price. I love their motto: "Your Neighborhood Tree Guy". And it is absolutely who they are... :) :) :)

Very well! They were very careful not to damage the yard and removed the branches as they were cut. The work area was cleaned up beautifully. This was the second time that I hired them and will hire them again! The only challenging part was getting the date confirmed because they had to depend upon the weather and ground conditions since they had to get the equipment to my back yard.

We had storm damage and cleaned up in a couple of hours. They were very professional and was a very good price. They took down a lot of trees and worked very hard. They really cleaned up well. It was very nice.

I was very impressed with the promptness of Ken's service. He was able to stop by the evening of the day I called to give an estimate and when I asked for his availability, he was able to fit the job in very quickly (estimate given on a Friday evening, he was out first thing Monday morning to take care of the job). He made himself available via email and text. Everything was done quickly and professionally without damage to people or property.

We had a large old poplar in our backyard next to a large abhor on one side, a patio area, our home less than 12 feet away and a large mature maple within 20 feet all in different directions making the tree difficult to take down. Ken and his crew arrived when he said they would while we were at work and if it wasn't for the tree being gone we would have never known they had been there. kudos to you and your crew. We will definitely urge people we know who are looking for tree service to contact you first.

It took almost 4 months before he was able to get to my place to do the work, but once we were able to connect it went very fast. We had 2 very large oak trees that were close to structures on our property that needed to be removed. Ken came in with a boom, and cut them down using that. He did a great job of not damaging anything and cut them up into small enough pieces that I could then deal with what was left.

The challenge was to remove the trees so they didn't hit the house and cause more damage. It went well. They used ropes to hold the big pieces that were cut, and piece by piece, they brought the tree sections out to their chipper and disposed of it that way.
