Indoor Air Specialists

I bought a deal to have my air ducts cleaned on another site. The first appointment we had scheduled he called ahead and said he couldn't make it. I was slightly irritated as I had moved meetings around at work to stay home but it was the beginning of the day - not the end of the world. He said he would do any time that worked for me later in the week. We agreed upon an afternoon later that week. He did not show up - no phone call, he did not answer when I called and did not return my message. I am currently in process of attempting to get my money back. I would not recommend this company.
