+ -1 moreThey gave us great service! Trust worthy! They stood behind their word and were above and beyond. There was a skweaky floor board underneath the new laminate flooring and originally we thought it was their issue. They came out and ripped out the laminate flooring they had just installed. Fixed the problem. We all agreed it was not caused by their installer. However, they fixed in anyway for free even when we knew it wasn't their problem.
Description of Work: They installed new laminate flooring. They also installed new carpet in the basement.

+ -1 moreALL OF THE PERSONNEL AT CARPET CITY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH CHOOSING OUR NEW FLOOR COVERINGS. IF THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ANSWER TO A QUESTION I HAD, THEY CONTACTED THE APPROPRIATE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY FOR THE CORRECT ANSWER. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH THEM. INSTALLATION WAS TIMELY AND WELL DONE, AS WAS CLEAN UP. IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH CARPET CITY OF COON RAPIDS.

EVEN CAME BACK (AT NO EXTRA CHARGE) TO MOVE WASHER AND DRYER TO HELP ME HOOK UP EXHAUST ON DRYER THAT FELL OFF AFTER ORIGINAL INSTALLATION (I BOUGHT A BETTER 4'' DUCT EXHAUST ANGLE BEND THAT THE CARPET CITY PEOPLE PUT ON FOR ME AT NO COST). VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. PRICES ARE LOWER THAN OTHER PLACES WE HAVE SHOPPED.
Description of Work: REMOVED EXISTING VINYL FLOORING AND UNDER LAYMENT, MOVED WASHER AND DRYER, REMOVED AND RE-INSTALLED MOLDING FOR LAUNDRY AND MUD ROOMS AND REPLACED WITH NEW CERAMIC TILE. PUT BACK WASHER AND DRYER WHEN DONE.
