Description of Work: Cardinal Services came out and did a main line sewer inspection. My house is old, so the main trap broke while they were trying to access the main line. Repairs to that were shared between me and them, so in general, I was very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Description of Work: After an entire load of laundry water ended up on the floor, I searched Angie's list for possible drain cleaning services and ended up with Cardinal because of their ratings. The ratings were very accurate. I called them on Monday morning (back-up problem took place late Sunday) and they worked with my work schedule to come out at the time I preferred. The employee was there at exactly the agreed upon time. They go to great lengths to make sure neither their employee nor the equipment drags in any outside debris. The employee was efficient, funny and very knowledgeable about both the problem and the solution. He cleared the sewer line to the street and the internal lines. The drain to the street required two times through. This was done quickly, since they have state-of-the-art equipment. I felt like I was in good hands and plan to use them for an annual "preventative" cleaning of the sewer line.

THEY CAME AND DID TUB DRAIN, MY HUSBAND PAID NO ATTENTION, AND I ENDED HIRING SOMEONE ELSE TO COME BACK TO DO THE OTHER - WITH ANOTHER SERVICE CHARGE.

CLEAN UP OF THE FLOOR AROUND THE MAIN DRAIN CLEAN OUT MOSTLY WAS LEFT TO ME--PRETTY TYPICAL, I THINK, FOR THIS WORK. 6-MONTH GUARANTEE. MAIN LINE IS A FLAT $156.00 FOR 60 MINS; ADDL. LABOR IS $30 PER 15 MINS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM FOR EMERGENCY & PREVENTIVE DRAIN CLEANING.
