Description of Work: They cleaned out our sump pump holder, which was full debris, and installed a new sump pump. They are very professional and clean looking. They get to the appointment on time and do a neat and tidy job. We are very glad we had the job done due to the flooding weather we are having.

THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME BETWEEN 12 AND 2PM AND THE PLUMBER ARRIVED JUST BEFORE 2PM. I WISH THE TIME FRAME WAS SHORTER. ONCE HE CAME HE FINISHED THE JOB IN A LITTLE MORE THAN AN HOUR. THE PLUMBER CARRIED THE OLD TOILET OUT TO MY GARAGE ALONG WITH THE CARDBOARD FROM THE NEW TOILET. HE LEFT THE GARBAGE FROM THE PROJECT IN THE BATHROOM. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED HIM TO HAUL THE GARBAGE AND CARDBOARD AWAY. THE PLUMBER WAS HONEST, BUT NOT OVERLY FRIENDLY.

EXPLAINED EVERYTHING & PROVIDED OPTIONS. MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED BUT I BELIEVE IT WAS WITHIN REASON.
