+ -1 moreMatt's Plumbing billed me for $385 for 20 minutes of time that required no tools. I e-mailed them and requested that they contact me to discuss the over charge and they have completely ignored me. I have the bill and e-mails to support.

The friendly service provided by him and his hard-working crew is outstanding. His company makes the painful process of replacing the main sewer line tolerable and in the end, very satisfactory. Matt was in close contact with me throughout the project and he was prompt to respond. He provided excellent advice and assisted me with product selection. He expertly installed glass shower doors on my imperfect walls. His professionalism and positive attitude made working with him enjoyable. His employees were punctual, efficient with their time, and performed duties with excellence. Their friendly, positive attitudes were appreciated throughout the process. I will contact Matt for any future plumbing needs I may have.
Description of Work: Performed plumbing services in basement finish project including installing and supping drain, waste vent, and water lines to shower, vanity, and toilet. They moved shower and toilet venting lines to new locations. They installed venting to exhaust fan, installed new concrete in floor, and installed all fixtures and glass shower doors. Their work in this project was extensive due to it involving new construction and moving of existing plumbing lines.
