+ -1 moreWe had two week old brand new carpet installed. We were having a painter do the room and everything was well covered and went great until the last 15 mins on the job. As he removed the floor covering paint somehow got tracked onto the new carpet. The painter tried to saturate with water to remove but the next day it was pretty obvious. I called Doug and explained the situation to him. He was already booked with several jobs but came over to my house at the end of the day. Doug was very courteous and respectful of our home. Doug explained what he was doing and why and the success potential. Obviously we were pretty ticked that our brand new carpet was stained and Dough lightened the mood and said, "Hey, if a new carpet is gonna get stained at least YOU would like to be the one to do it, right?" As with most carpet treatments, the proof is in the pudding the next morning! Well, with great anticipation, we went down to take a look and we were 100% pleased with Doug's work. We will definitely have Doug back to do regular carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreI was getting ready for my sons birthday party and needed my carpets cleaned on a specific day. This was not a problem for Doug and he was even able to accommodate my busy family schedule. Doug was very friendly and explained his process of cleaning my carpets. He helped my husband move furniture around and offered to relocate my furniture when I mentioned that I wanted to change up the look of the room. The carpets looked great and I will be calling Doug back whenever I need to freshen up the carpets.
