Total basement remodel- living room, bedroom, bathroom. Performed the work as directed, met timelines, communicated with us on schedule and changes that needed to be made. Excellent work! We are looking forward to having him finish our garage next!

I had my basement finished out by IAE. It was unfinished and they installed walls, electrical, plumbing, and flooring. Nate did a great job explaining the whole process and handling all the permitting things. Also, helping design the layout and with color selection of the trim and walls. It was as great experience over all and I intend on using them again for future work.

Nate and his team were great for repairing my leaky roof and putting insulation in my upper story. They were very easy to work with and good communicators. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with and their work was impeccable!

Nate replaced drywall in my ceiling which had been removed due to water damage from a neighbor's unit above my garage. He completed the difficult repair project & I was happy with his work.

Nate was prompt to respond and when he understood what we wanted, he gave us a great price on a kitchen demo and remodel. He was able to come out to site in a couple weeks and have the project completed in just a couple weeks! I would highly recommend IAE Leasing to anyone.
