I had a coupon for 1/2 off. I had 2 cleaners for 2 hours. One of the cleaners was good, but the other seemed very inexperienced, did a poor job and had to be told exactly to do. He had to redo some of the vacuuming, per my request. He didn't move items to vacuum, didn't fold the edges of the rug back to vacuum the floor under the rug and I have a cat litter box on a small mat, and after they left and I moved the litter box, the half of the rug behind the litter box was covered with litter. The list goes on and on----didn't clean on top of the fridge or the oven hood, sink was "cleaned", but not scrubbed clean like other cleaners have done, large dust ball under a table, dirty spots on the floor that I cleaned up after they. It was cleaner than when they arrived, but not that "Wow, I love my clean house" feeling. I feel like I got what I paid for-----half a job for half price! So, it really wasn't a deal at all and I can not recommend this company.

On time, friendly, brought their own supplies. My house was dusty and more than 2 people could get to in two hours (Groupon.) She asked me what my priorities were, I was appreciative. I did not want surface cleaning - and just wanted them to clean 2 rooms deeply. Good job on bathroom. They tied up the shower curtains as part of the package (?) so I needed to take them down and wash them to get the wrinkles out. Other than that they get an "A" on bathroom. They did not dust in living room or clean pet hair off furniture. They vacuumed over the carpet fringe and when I suggested they not do that in other homes they told me they didn't do it. (And the fringe got messed up how?) "F" I asked about the dusting and they told me they didn't want to break anything. (I had pictures on surfaces and not fragile things.) If that is the case please let me know up front. "D." They had time to work in other rooms and did. Attitude darn near an "A." Cleaning overall a "C." Really nice crew - they just need a better understanding of what deep cleaning means.
