Either they're REALLY good, woefully under-staffed, or they have so much business they really don't try to compete for more. At any rate, I called them for a simple job on a circuit that blew in my house. Today is August 16, 2011, and they said that they couldn't send an electrician to my home until the middle of September. Not acceptable.
