Randy from Decks Unlimited was great! They completed the work quickly. He is now my "DECK GUY" so if we need any repairs or when we eventually replace our deck Randy will be our first call!

Decks Unlimited was very busy when we contacted them in August, but Randy was good about staying in touch and expressing interest in our project. We met in September and had a very productive brainstorming session. Randy listened carefully to our ideas, and he made some excellent suggestions. We scheduled the building for November, and Randy started on time and finished in a few days. He used high quality materials and did an expert job. The deck is even better than we had initially envisioned. We would definitely call on Decks Unlimited again for future projects.

The deck started a couple of days later than we thought, but that could be due to a miscommunication. This was a 3 week project, and the work that was done was high quality. Everything we asked to be done was completed, and the quality of the work was high. I would recommend Decks Unlimited, and would strongly suggest if you have a project, that you make sure they are one of the companies that you have bid on the project. I would use them again in the future.

They were awesome; they were on time, they did exactly what they said, actually they met their expectations in terms of how long they thought it would take. I was pretty happy with the service.

We obtained quotes from multiple highly rated Angie's list providers and are very happy that we went with Randy at Decks Unlimited. Not only was Randy the most responsive, but he was also the only one with a clear and creative solution to repair a portion of our large deck. When we decide to replace the rest of the deck, we will definitely be giving Randy a call.

I liked Randy from Decks Unlimited. I think the bid was higher than competitors.

I called for a free estimate and Randy came out to the house, right on time. We got several estimates but his presentation was the best. He really showed us what we could expect and answered our questions. During the whole process, Randy was always there to answer our questions. Despite some bad weather, the crew showed up and tore our old deck down and hauled it away. They built a new, larger deck in its place. The crew was very nice, and their craftsmanship was great. The new deck is beautiful! They really went the extra mile to make it a nice experience. And all for a very fair price. I would highly recommend Decks Unlimited to anyone who wants a high quality deck for a competitive price.

Randy kept his promises; that it would happen within three weeks of my contracting with his company and it took @ six hours to complete the work. He and his workmen were professional, did all the things promised and left everything clean when finished. Because this was a small job (replacing a condo deck) I wasn't expecting much. Randy was able to promise just the same as two other contractors, but also brought unexpected design creativity, he made suggestions for details that would make a small, plain deck easily the nicest one in my neighborhood at really not great additional cost. The deck is made of composite materials and I will never have to do a thing to maintain it. There were a few minor things that needed attention after completion and he personally saw to it these were taken care of quickly. The experience was to say the least, a blessing.

Considering the difficulty of what they had to do, they did a good job. Everyone was very helpful and they talked me through the process. It was positive.

They were very easy to work with and did a wonderful job on our deck. Randy came out and gave us a bid - he had some great ideas on a few quirks we had to work through in the design. When they came to do the job I felt they had one of the most professional crews that I've seen. They worked very hard and paid attention to the details that really makes it look incredible. We were very satisfied with every aspect of this project - so nice to work with a company like this.

The owner Randy came out the very next day. He was on time and very knowledgeable. We have a walkout with a small back yard and did not want the stairs to take up much yard space. Without hesitation, he said 'I know what you can do'. When I posed this same question to the other contractors who came out, all were puzzled and said there was nothing that could be done because we had a walkout basement and there needed to be so many steps to get to the ground. We also were not sure if we were too close to the property line. Randy called the town on the spot, and got an answer in about 5 mins that we could do what he proposed. He then made a drawing and gave us a quote on the spot based on what seemed very objective- it was based on number of footings, sq feet, etc. He also came out prepared with samples and a portfolio to show us. I would very much consider hiring him but we are finishing our basement now and the deck will need to wait til spring. The only issue was I thought the price was a little high. Then after getting other bids, I realized that he was in the ballpark. I believe you get what you pay for and his pictures looked very good that he showed us.

They gave us an estimate and were very professional and did the work. The work was done when they said it would be done and for what they said it would cost. I would rate them overall an A and would use them again if needed.

My wife wanted a 3-season porch added to our house. Previous contractors told her that they could not do it due to the fact that our bedroom windows are right where the roof needed to be. Randy came out and showed us a plan that would work perfectly for our house - no hassles, no - you can't do thats. He had the plan and references - we signed on the spot. Work was delayed for a few days due to the city - but once they started, his crew booked through it. Very happy with the finished product.

Randy called me back within a few hours of contacting him. He was willing to come out the same day. Because of our scheduling needs he came out within a few days. He listened to our questions regarding the integrity of our deck. After examing the deck he felt it was still in good shape. He did do a few repairs. The job was completed in a timely manner. He was prompt, knowlegable, price conscious, and honest.

I got estimates from four different companies and liked Randy's company the best. He came in with a good price, listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. It was a great experience working with Randy. He built my deck in a day, I went to work in the morning and came home the same night to a completed deck. I absolutely love it and am very happy I went with Deck's Unlimited. I had Randy put lattice down on the bottom of the deck and he did a great job, the lattice looks very nice and the way he trimmed it out is beautiful. I had him build 3 benches, one long that I can put across the back of the deck and two smaller benches for the sides. The benches are very well constructed and free standing so that I can move them around the deck to where I want them or leave them where they are. He also made a little overhang on the sides of the decks which looks really nice. I think that they did a great job and I would highly recommend Deck's Unlimited to anyone if you are thinking of building a deck.

I wanted to build a deck at the back of my house. I asked 4 Vendors to provide me with a quote. Randy come over promptly and educated me about various options. He was able to design the deck and provide on the spot quote. Over the next 2 weeks I asked him many questions over the phone and email. Every single phone call and email was returned promptly. He was veyr enjoyable to work with. During this period I came to know about Brazilian Hardwood called Ironwood/IPE. Randy told me that he had never built a deck with it. However he went ahead, did research and learned how to build a deck with IPE. If I had chosen to build a deck with Cedar or AZEK he would have built my deck. He had built decks for my friends and many people in my neighborhood. I almost felt bad not choosing him. I chose another deck builder due to their experience with building IPE decks. I will consider using them again in future and will not hesitate to recommend them.

THE DECK WAS NICELY DESIGNED AND VERY WELL BUILT. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND THEY FINISHED THE DECK IN 10 DAYS. OUR DECK IS BEAUTIFUL AND HAS ANGLED CORNERS, WE LOVE IT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THEY RETURN PHONE CALLS RIGHT AWAY AND DO GREAT WORK! WE WORKED WITH PATRICK AND HE WAS WONDERFUL.
