Hill Side Sewer and Drain

The technician was finishing a job nearby and stopped by 3 minutes after I had called. After listening carefully to me he explained everything he would do and how much it would cost. He had the clog cleared and everything cleaned up in less than an hour, and even found a rusted leaking pipe and fixed it. He was friendly and efficient and the job cost considerably less than I expected. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others. Thank you!

This was a very old garage drain that was completely blocked and rusted shut. I usually tackle blockages myself but it required a power snake and a special knowledge of this type of drain. He called to let me know when he was coming and arrived at agreed upon time. The trap was not accepting the snake but he knew just what to do. He surgically broke the clean out nut to preserve the threads and was able to clean the drain through the clean out inlet. Tested OK with a hose. Next day it rained and I didn't have a big puddle in the middle of the floor. I have never tipped a plumber until now - the charge was very reasonable considering travel, outcome and expertise.
