Initially the install went well, until a few days into the job…very poor seams, mismatched seams-carpet pattern running in two different directions. Called the company owner, he came out to look at it and said he would take care of it and that was the last we saw of him. Job still unfinished and NO resolution, poor professionalism.

They were excellent. They were reasonable. They're very good. They tell you what time they're going to be there, they show up on time, they get the work done in a timely manner. They give us an estimate and the estimates are accurate. They're kind. They're just very helpful. I don't know if they're the cheapest, but they're certainly reasonable. You tell them what price range you're looking at and then they'll find something to match your price range. They don't put things higher. They want you on with them.

They told me their carpet installers were busy installing carpet that was purchased at their store. I asked for one of their names, and she would not release them. She said she would not set up an installation since I did not purchase my carpet there.
