Kip was personal,concientious and trustworthy. Called and kept me informed as to install date and any changes in scheduling. Garage door and opener are of excellent quality-much better than what I compared to Menards, Home Depot etc. Cost a little bit more but was well worth it. Thanks Kip!!!
