+ -1 moreLake State owner, Joe Marx, is a pro. He was clear, patient, and professional from start to finish. He is also superb at his craft -- fit, finish, and color match are excellent. This project started in Fall 2015 and was completed in summer 2016 due to frame repair that couldn't be completed before winter. Joe prepped and closed up the exterior for the winter. We would not hesitate to recommend Lake State for any stucco project.
Description of Work: Extensive testing for water damage behind stucco installed on new construction 18 years ago revealed sheathing and frame damage from improperly installed flashing. Lake State located all of the damage, opening just as much of the exterior as was needed to address the problem. Stucco was expertly repaired to match existing finish and color.

+ -1 moreIT WENT VERY WELL. JOE IS GOOD TO WORK WITH AS MY RATING ABOVE PROVES WITH THE A RATING. SHOULD BE A+++ RATING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WE HAVE A WHOLE NEW HOUSE.
Description of Work: REPAIR BROKEN STUCCO. DASH COAT AND TOP COAT WITH KNOCK DOWN. BEAUTIFUL JOB. HOUSE LOOKS GREAT AND JOE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH.
