"These guys are absolutely awesome! We had a cracked heat exchanger and it was dangerous to continue heating because of carbon monoxide leaking. The original duct work was all done incorrectly and caused the furnace (and A/C} to overwork. We had their representative, Danny come to our house one afternoon to give us a bid for heating, duct replacement, and air conditioning. Well, by the next morning we had we had a whole team of guys here and ready to start work on the job. I still don't know how they managed to pull it all together so fast! They had the new furnace, duct work and air conditioner all here and ready to be installed! These guys were all awesome. They worked so hard, and they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. We would DEFINITELY recommend using Total Comfort and their great team! "This plumber scratched my brand new flooring that was put in a week ago. Right in front of the toliet but the company denies it was him. I have pics of the scratches. He came 3 hours late due to a prev job taking longer. The plumber was crabby and not friendly at all! He seemed upset having to haul stuff up and down my porch steps and long staircase upstairs and let me know it. Didnâ t say 2 words to me. My original quote of $430 was $500. I had him call Mike who very reluctantly brought it down to $463. Mike goes from being pleasant to angry in a matter of minutes. Very hard to talk to about any of these complaints because he stands behind his employee and business and not willing to admit any fault, matter of fact he blamed the scratches on the flooring installers! What a joke! The whole experience was very frustrating and it should have went smoothly and being it was a combo of so many things wrong there should have been some type of wanting to keep me as customer since it was my 2nd install with them but nope, nothing. Just a lot of him showing anger on the phone with what I was telling him. The plumber was old and worked very slow. Iâ m paying for all of that slowness, plus the very unfriendly demeanor. I will never return, and I have more jobs I need to do so onto find a different company! They should never make a customer feel as bad as they have!"
