+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY TIMELY AND RESPONSIVE OVER THE PHONE. THEIR BID WAS FINE, BUT INCOMPLETE. I'M SURE THEY WOULD'VE GIVEN ME A BETTER ONE IF I HAD ASKED, BUT HAD OTHER OPTIONS THAT I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF.
