The generator was not automatically testing in 2014 or working. We contacted them since the electrician who installed the generator does not do work on it. They took care of that and now maintain it. They found that a heating element had frozen and the line was frozen--ergo, no fuel got through. It seemed the initial electrician who installed it never ordered a "cold weather pack". Before this was diagnosed we replace the battery at least once. When it went out the second time we figured something else was wrong. That's when Clearbrook came. They replaced whatever charges the battery. The battery wouldn't charge when the generator was on. They are certified to work on Generac generators. We have a big one. No one else in the area, including the electrician who installed it, is qualified to work on it. Maintenance is important. It is difficult to change the oil in the Generac model we have. They work when promised. Are clear in emails about what needs to be done when we are not in Ely. It has been a pleasure to work with them. The generator works so reliably now.
