SPARTAN SECURITY

Dan didn't show up at 8 am, unfortunate but I understood things happen. I tend to give people ten or fifteen minutes after all, there's rush hour and there's trouble finding the house or whatever. Life happens. I had an appointment with a guy the day prior who was nearly an hour late because he had gotten pulled over because of his tail light or something. Because he was super helpful and polite and apologized profusely i didn't hold it against him. So I was going to give Dan the benefit of the doubt. Seventeen minutes later i figured I'd give him a call to see if he was still on his way here. I got his voicemail and left him a message. I got a response back at 8:25 am so about ten minutes later. Dan apologized but he had mistakenly taken me off his schedule and then over booked himself so he wasn't sure when he could get to me. He said he has worked with my panel before but he would recommend me to call Mike from another company who was even more familiar with it then he was. Perhaps Mike could get to me sooner. He provided me with Mike's number and apologized again saying that a few things had come up and he was sorry for removing me from his schedule. Okay. I wasn't pleased, but I didn't yell or anything. At least he left me with options which I appreciated. He took responsibility which is also important. I think anyone who employs his services might consider calling him a day or two before to confirm the appointment. Depending on what comes up in the future I might or might not try Dan again. We'll see.

We are still figuring out details of the system, but basically it works well. We still need to figure out how to arm the system at night if, say, I want to open the window while I'm sleeping.
