They did an excellent job and gave me a very fair price! They just did a wonderful job on my roof. Out of the three bids I had, they came in the lowest and did really great work.

The sales process was great. Mark came out right away after I set up an appointment. He walked me through every detail on the damage, how to work with insurance, and the plan to fix the roof. He was also nice enough to answer all my related questions to ice d*** issues, etc. Seemed very sincere and not trying to take me for a ride. They provided the necessary paperwork directly to my insurance. They completed the job on the day and within the timeframe promised. No issues. A quality manager type person came back out 2 days later and did a final walk through and answered all my remaining questions. I did my research on who to pick and it paid off. Will use these guys going forward for any roof related issues.

Excellent company. We used them before when replacing our roof, then again one month later during a storm that damaged the original job. Two roofs in two months, perfect work. On this present job they tore off old siding, wrapped the house and replaced with new vinyl siding. Perfect work from start to finish by not only the installers but also the salesperson, project manger and billing department. Excellent company, you won't go wrong letting them do your work.

We were very pleased with the salesperson's approach and understanding when we explained the hellish experience we had with a past contractor. When the first roofing crew left because they felt the weather was too ominous, the work supervisor came out immediately and had another crew on-sight the same day. We did have to have the garage door installer come out a second time because they had disconnected the electrical supply to our garage lights. Even though there were a few problems, we found Midwest and their subcontractors quick to respond to the issues and they made sure we were satisfied with the finished jobs.

They were efficient, cleaned up everything, and they got it done in a very timely manner!

The service went well. We talked to them last fall and because the weather was so bad we waited till the spring. The work went very smoothly. I was pleased all the way around as they kept me informed during the whole process. They stored the siding over the winter as we were going to get it done in December but we could not. The whole installation and tear out took a little over a week. They cleaned up after themselves and the yard looked better than before the work once they cleaned up.

They were fast and very reasonably priced

The experience was wonderful. My husband took care of it, but he was very happy with the service. We used them for our rental property as well. The service was perfect. We have been using them for many years. We had them do roofs about 5 years ago. My husband was in property management, so he only picks the best. I think we will be using them to do all the ceilings in our house.

They did great with my roof but left a big mess. Was not ok with that because we have kids.

We used them for our work project. They were easy to work with and they were on time. There were no issues. A lot of people were vetted and they were the winners of the bid. They were reasonable within the industry standard.

They had really fair pricing and they answered our questions about a bathroom vent that we were concerned about. It seemed to us like it was in the wrong place and they confirmed that. It was in a valley and it was far too close to the valley of the roof and they moved it for us, and we no longer have issues with it. They didn't add anything to our bill after we brought up our concerns about it. They said they will take care of it for us. We had absolutely no issues. They were quick. I haven't found a nail in the yard. They did a good clean up. They were just really nice guys. They were courteous and they were just really, really nice workers. I was so appreciative I made them some baked goods and they were very appreciative of that as well. They did a fabulous job. We bought 25 or 30- year roofing materials and whenever it needs to be redone, I would definitely look back to them. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about anything they did. They were wonderful!

My experience with them was fine. The price was competitive. I liked that their workmanship was good and did a good job. I will say that I will not give high marks for their communication or their project management. They just did not communicate and there were just a lot of issues with the flow of the project. We had to really stay-on-top of them.

The initial installation was okay, but then we had a problem with one of the windows and I was not real happy with the way they fixed the problem. It was not a total bad experience, but there might be better providers out there.

They did alright. I wasn't that thrilled of the installation of the windows or the windows. The siding crew was excellent, and the roof was mediocre. I would only use them for siding in the future.

We were happy with the work and were happy with the price we agreed on. The price was reasonable for the quality as we had got three other bids and we had also got referrals from our neighbors. I would probably use them again if their bid is in the same ballpark after I compare.

We hired Midwest with very positive referrals from two of our friends and strong reviews on angieslist. They started the work without much delay after signing the contract. The crew arrived early morning and started the work. The project supervisor came after a while. They finished the work and cleaned up before it was dark. The supervisor returned the next day to check the work and finished soem caulking. The crew came back after a few days because the supervisor said there is some more nailing/finishing to be done. Overall a very nice job. The roof looks wonderful.

He gave me an estimate and I wasn't totally satisfied with the estimate. The fellow was going to charge me an exorbitant amount of money for the deck work I had him look at. It was a 12 x 12 deck and I was asking for a drawing that he already had. I thought it would be helpful and to simply send me a drawing he made for another customer. He emailed me later in response to my request that it was agaist company policy to give me that drawing. The whole experience was kind of strange.

They were very thorough, and on-time. They did good clean up, I liked the end product.

They did it and it was beautiful, they had the trucks put on. It was very comfortable, the truck is expensive and we knew that going in but we still wanted that and it's been wonderful. The work ethic was absolutely wonderful. The two gentleman that did our deck was wonderful, they worked very hard, they were friendly to talk to and it went really well. It took a while because it was summer. I would recommend them to anybody. It was expensive, they knew that and we knew that.

Midwest Exteriors Plus Inc. is great. It was a simple experience. They came out and gave me a quote. They did the work like they should be. I don't need a bunch of fancy stuff. It should be simple and straight to the point and that's what they were. They were easy to work with. They have fair pricing. I would recommend them to anybody.

It was pretty good. They were good. They were quick about matching the exterior that I was looking for. It was actually a discontinued model, it was siding, a big slice of siding. A discontinued model, but they ended up matching the color exactly and they got it pretty close. They were all pretty pleasant. I just basically walked in and somebody greeted me and you know it was nice.

They were okay, did the work and cleaned up well. However, the tubing from the roof vent keeps falling off in my attic so I have to call them to have them to come out and put it back up. The problem is the air comes in from the attic. Their punctuality is definitely good. This company was recommended by another person.

Original installer (Gates) had been back many times to repair, but never seemed to be a permanent fix. Gates Management eventually told me if there was any more lifting from the wind, I would need to pay for repair. I called other companies for estimates and Midwest was reasonable, professional, and timely. So, I chose them over Gates. They made the repair, once, and it has been fine ever since!

The reason for the above 'B' for "professionalism" is for the work crew that performed work during my kids nap time - I had to ask them to keep the noise level down. They also worked late into the evening one or two nights, keeping my kids up, but they worked more quietly when I asked them to.
