Description of Work: LLG put i a paver sidewalk, two paver circles, a small boulder wall, a new flower bed and connected two existing flower beds.....with stepping stones in the middle. They also installed about twenty new shrubs for me. I have used them three times and they have always been very professional, listened to what I wanted and gave good ideas. IF there were problems, or |questions, they responded immediately. I will always use them.

Description of Work: Weekly mowing and trimming. They were responsive to our request to mow at a lower level than they usually do. After a couple of mowings, we asked the representative to ask the team to raise the mowing level up to the level they had originally requested. All communications were very professional. Would recommend this company.

Description of Work: LLG removed some bushes, shrubbery and trees for me. They were very willing to listen to what I wanted to have done and then did the job. I have used them for landscaping walls, paver sidewalks and flower garden walls during the last 7 or 8 years and have been very satisfied.

Description of Work: Snow removal: they were late the first time; didn't come at all the second time and then told me that they did (and that I MUST have been mistaken, despite the fact that I watched for them frequently and even took a picture of my driveway several times for proof). Disappointing.

Description of Work: Contracted to plow driveway when snow fall was above 2" and pay for each occasion. On the first big snowstorm of the year, no one showed up to plow, but I did get a bill a few days later. I called and left a message that I would not be paying the bill and that services were cancelled, no one returned my call to talk with me about this. When I called back to ensure that they understood that I would not require their services any further and specifically asked that they return my call, no one returned my call.
