Description of Work: I purchased one of the angie's deals and immediately contacted the vendor...but did not get responses to any of the 4 emails I sent. Finally, I cancelled and got a refund and then after that (several months after the initial attempts of communication)I got a response from the vendor. What a waste of my time!

Description of Work: called for price quote..said angies list was on for $149...didn't say a yard..then said 'there are 'several angie lists coupons' on line..said ''angies list ''SETS THE PRICE OFF'', COMPANY HAS NO SAY IN IT!??? I DESCRIBED OVER PHONE SIZE OF LOAD IN DOUBLE GARAGE,,HE QUOTED APPROX.$200..MIGHT BE A BIT MORE...I WAS FINE WITH THat...he said they may not be able to come out the 'next day'..but would try..i stayed at house till worked called and said he would not be able to make it...I was ok with that..said ''the next day they could come then said ''no..YOU SAID WEDNESDAY WAS OPEN FOR YOU'' SO I THEN SAID ''OK''..but had to have my sister go to house since it was a ''workday for me''...the truck came out.opened the garage...looked inside...said ''TOOO MUCH..WE CAN'T FIT ALL THAT INTO OUR TRUCK...QUOTED HER $580-$640 AND THEY COULD PUT PART OF LOAD INTO TRUCK AND COME BACK AND GET THE OTHER HALF???? THEN SHE LOOKED IN THEIR TRUCK...WE WERE PROMISED WE WOULD BE ''FIRST LOAD OF THE DAY SINCE IT WAS CHANGED TO WEDNESDAY...WELLLLLLL..THE TRUCK ALREADY HAD A SOFA, CHAIR AND OTHER THINGS IN IT...ALMOST ''HALF FULL''!!!!! SHE SAID ''NO WAY''...THEY GOT IN THEIR TRUCK AND ''TOOK OFF''.... I COMPLAINED TO MANAGER,,HE HAD NO GOOD EXPLANATION EXCEPT HE SAID ''WELLL I TOLD YOU IT WAS AN ESTIMATE OF $200 BECAUSE I WAS NOT THERE TO SEE THE LOAD!! |BADDDDDDDD BUSINESS MANAGER AND RUDE WORKERS.... HE SAID ''YOU COULD CALL SOMEONE ELSE LIKE '' 1-800 I GOT JUNK BUT THEY CHARGED SAME PRICES... I WAS DISGUSTED...WE WERE CLEANING OUT MY FATHERS HOUSE THAT HAD PASSED AWAY AND IT WAS ''HARD ENOUGH WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING TO US....WE EVENTUALLY MADE SEVERAL TRIPS TO THE DUMP AND PAYED MUCH LESS THAN WHAT THIS COMPANY QUOATED AND SAID ''ANGIES LIST DOES THE DISCOUNTS..NOT THEM''...I DON'T KNOW WHO TO BELIEVE ANYMORE,,BUT I AM RIGHT NOW AFRAID TO EVER USE ANGIES LIST AGAIN...

+ 0 moreFast, friendly, and well priced. I've had them out twice now to haul away construction waste, and both times they were a pleasure to work with. They were on-time, called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and were finished quickly. I can happily recommend them and will use them again when/if I need waste disposal work again.

+ -1 moreI called Super Bee a few times to ask questions and they were always very responsive. If they didn't answer they called back very quickly. I found their pricing for dumpster rental and mattress disposal along with their dumpster options to be the best of the 5 dumpster rental companies I checked with. I was able to schedule the dumpster for the day I wanted it and it showed within the window of time they had given me. The gentleman who delivered the dumpster was very cordial and took great care to ensure the dumpster was placed where I wanted it and that no damage occurred to my driveway. I was done with the dumpster within a matter of days and they picked it up within a day of my call. The only problem I had with Super Bee is the person who came to pick up the dumpster was not very cordial at all. I came out to say hello and thank him for the service but he was not interested at all in speaking to me. He wouldn't even acknowledge me. I asked him a question and he just responded with a one word answer, got in the truck and drove away. That left a bad taste in my mouth and is why I didn't give them a high rating for professionalism. Other than my experience with the last driver my experience was very good.

+ -1 moreIt’s a big deal purchase. They were great. It’s a junk dumpster rental so you don’t really expect too much. They came in. They were flexible with our schedule. They let us have a dumpster longer than we needed it which was great and didn’t charge us extra for that and we needed it for a longer time and they were less expensive than all of the quotes we got in the area. We were very happy with them. They made sure our driveway was clear and we had new asphalt so they made sure that they put wood beams underneath the dumpster too so that was great. I know that when we were looking for things like dumpster and researching it one of the things that people talk about was that we didn’t have to ask them they just did it. I never actually met them I have them when I they drop off and pick up the dumpster and he is not here right now so I couldn’t ask him specifically but I know that the conversation done on the phone was really pleasant. I know that there was time when we were calling to make some confirmation, information that my husband that had already called to confirm and they know exactly what I was trying to say i.e. oh, you’re husband has already contacted us and this what he describe and they didn’t seem irritated at all to have to give the information more than once. That was pretty good. They did some work on our basement. Per us, trust was really important we just had our basement flooded and that can be very expensive even with the insurance because we decided to do some extra work and so trust was really, really important to us and the second was their flexibility. Absolutely, we will use them again and I referred to my neighbors who haven't use them yet but they are going to be planning to do some renovation work this summer.

+ 0 moreIf you localize the garbage into different areas, they will actually come in the home and remove it instead of just dropping off the dumpster and leaving. I couldn't believe how good this company was. I will use them again for sure.
