Mr. Oas met with me to find out what my expectations were for the new deck. He then designed the deck, tweaking the plans until it was just what I wanted. He very carefully removed the old, decaying deck and built a new one. My new deck looks like something out of a fairytale. It's all I wanted and dreamed of--and more. When the work was finished, Mr. Oas cleaned up every scrap and nail, leaving my yard as if no one had even been working there.

It's amazing how fast this project went. Although the old floor was somewhat difficult to remove, Mr. Oas didn't cut corners. He removed every scrap of the old flooring, cut and laid the marble tiles, grouted between the tiles and applied two layers of sealant. From start to finish was only 3 days. It would have been quicker but there was time needed for the adhesive and grout to dry before work could continue. There was no sign of anyone having been working in the house when Mr. Oas finished--other than a beautiful bathroom floor.
