+ 0 moreRocky is very personable, service oriented, responsive as a general contractor. He brought in quality subcontractors, and took care of small problems as they arose, including some small disputes with work done. He initiated changes to a few corrections that were needed. He was flexible as we added a number of changes to our remodeling plan. He was responsive to my texts, calls and emails. His assistant is a master craftsman at woodworking and offered many ideas and solutions to design problems as they arose. He presented us with a Gantt chart for the timing of stages of the project and held tightly to the schedule. The team was neat and clean. He worked well with the condo management of our building.
Description of Work: Complete replacement of kitchen with high end appliances, finishing of media room, remodeling of 2 bathrooms in a downtown condominium.
