My three year old Samsung cloths drier quit working, but I had taken out an extended warrantee when I purchased it. When the warranty company said they would send someone from AZ Audio & Video I was concerned if they could fix a clothes drier. I went online and found only bad reviews so I was even more concerned. I am pleased to be able to post a positive review about AZ Audio & Video. My only complaint is that my initial service call was set up for 1-1/2 weeks from my call date. Mark came out and found the slightly burned circuit board right away. He had to order a new one which took one week until he came out to install the new one. The drier now works. Mark was courteous and professional. I’m happy.

It has been over six weeks, and they were unable to diagnose or repair the problem. Tech came out twice and supposedly ordered replacement computer board. Have made numerous calls with no response. Have only spoken with a real person at the office once. The other communication was a voicemail left on May 31st saying the part was on backorder with an ETA of June 13th. It is now June 24th and I have left several voicemail messages to please update me and no response. Finally contacted manufacturer again to schedule service with another company. Have read reviews on other sites that the company bills the manufacturer for services never rendered. Suggested to manufacturer that they drop AZ Audio from their list contractors. Atrocious.
Description of Work: My front loading washer was not spinning, and was still under warranty. Manufacturer scheduled service call.

We had a problem with our tv about 3 years ago and a tech came out and fixed it. He was sweet and did it fairly quickly at a fair price. The tv was doing the same thing this time so I left a message on two occasions to get them to come out. They did not call back so on the 3rd try they answered and scheduled someone. They were supposed to call when they were on the way, and they did not. The tech arrived and started working. He left two different times to go to the shop to get tools and parts. From the arrival until he left was 3.5 hours. The tv seemed to be working. We paid him and he left. We turned off the TV and the next time it was turned on the problem was back. It was no different than when we started. It was a Friday afternoon. I immediately left a message at their shop. By Tuesday they had not called me back and the check had already cleared my bank. Then the challenge began! Once I did get ahold of someone they said they'd come back out. I needed the appointment after 3pm, because of our work schedules. It took 2 weeks of scheduling and them cancelling. Finally they called me and said they had out exact same TV in storage that they would replace ours with. Ours was the exact size of the cabinet. We went at an agreed upon time to see it, they didn't have it there yet. He told us he would be there Saturday, we went, he wasn't there. Finally the following week (a month has now passed) he was there with the Tv that was the same kind as ours only according to the sticker 2 years older. The measurements were different and it would not fit into our cabinet. He agreed to come and take one more look at our TV. He came over and after 30 minutes he said he wanted to take it to his shop. So they loaded it in the van. The following week I called each day to see if it was done. Finally on Wednesday they said it was doen they were going to leave it running to make sure problem was resolved, I called the next day and they said problem was back I nearly screamed. Eventually they agreed they would refund my money. After 5 Weeks of no main level tv!!

Cust had Old rear Projection tube tv fixed and repaired reasonably and quick in March 2009, TV ran fine till cust called in april 2013 to have unit repaired again, cust stated same issue but unfortuanetly the tv was having more than same problem customer called about,in which case was not worth putting more money and time into repairing a 15Yr Old tv,Tv had picture tube problems... Cust was issued a complete refund after several trips we had made and even offered a repalcement of something similiar to what cust had, they still declined to do so,we worked over and over again with this customer to resolve probelm and make them happy but every offer was declined, Refund back to customer end of problem!!!

Terrible. After several calls and several stops to the shop - once "fixed", I took home and plugged in and it was just as bad as when I took it in. This is a new owner of the business. The previous owner (Bruce Davern) did great work. These people make promises they do not keep as to when the job will be completed. Spoke poorly of my TV - telling me that it is over 20 yrs old and they don't normally work on these. Not true - TV is not 20 yrs old - closer to 15. When you stop in or call, the person that is supposed to fix the TV never is there and the counter person has to call that person. Quite often they can not make contact with the person to find out the status and you must come back or call and leave a message hoping for a return call. They will promise that they will call you with the status before they leave that day - but do not. Did call the next day. To complicate the process, all but one person does not speak English very well. Really tough to understand on the phone. Definitely do not use this business - they do not know what they are doing.
