this company has provided quality service. their cost is a little more than competitors. It seems to creep up a bit each bill. however they have always provided great and reliable service which is worth a couple extra dollars every month to me. I have never been charged extra fees for like I was by competitors for having extra bags on the top of the trash can or anything like that.

Each year the price for the bimonthly garbage/recycling pick-up kept going up. Allied Waste is not competitive in their pricing. We started checking around with some of the local waste haulers and decided to go with one that could guarantee a 3 year contract for a much lower price than Allied Waste. Also, Allied Waste charges a container drop off fee when you first sign up with them and then a container removal fee when you decide to cancel! The fee to pick up yard waste (leaves, sticks, grass clippings) is also more expensive than any of the other local waste haulers. Otherwise, garbage was always picked up timely and the office staff/customer service was prompt and responsive to questions and concerns.

Allied Waste has provided reliable service. However, they have failed to keep their prices competitive. As a 15 year customer, I recently discovered they were charging me three times the commercial market value for the services of a 2 yard dumpster emptied once a week.. I had a similar experience with them on my residential service in Eden Prairie and Bloomington MN couple of years ago. Reliable service, no complaints. More expensive than average and prices crept up slowly with each bill.

They are consistent and have a fair price. We have a toter that they typically pick up with the truck but if there is an extra bag or two they will pick that up as well.

OUR GARBAGE MAN IS THERE LIKE CLOCKWORK EVERY WEEK. HE EVEN WAVES HELLO AND WILL WAIT FOR US WHEN WE FORGET TO GET EVERYTHING OUT ON TIME.

SERVICE IS RELIABLE, ISSUES WITH GETTING YARD WASTE PICKED UP OCCASIONALLY, BUT OTHERWISE GOOD EXPERIENCE.

EXCELLENT, PROMPT SERVICE. THEY WILL HAUL LARGE ITEMS AND COME QUICKLY WHEN CALLED. GOOD PRICES. CAN'T BEAT THE GOOD SERVICE!

BFI WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING IN THE CHANGE OF SERVICE FROM OUR OLD ADDRESS TO OUR NEW ONE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ARRANGING OUR ONE TIME PICKUP AND HAULED AWAY A HUGE PILE OF BOXES AND TRASH FROM OUR NEW ADDRESS- FREE OF CHARGE. THEY EVEN GAVE US A $20.00 CREDIT FOR STAYING WITH THEM RATHER THAN CHANGING COMPANIES.

WE USE BFI FOR OUR GARBAGE COLLECTION. WHEN WE NEEDED TO GET RID OF A QUEEN SIZE MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING THAT SALVATION ARMY WOULDN'T TAKE, I CALLED BFI AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND PICKED THEM UP.

BEST PRICES- COLLECT LARGER VARIETY OF TRASH. VERY PROMPT and CLEAN!
