+ 0 moreEach time they have done work for us, they have come on time and were neat as a pin. If they have to be even 30 minutes late they always call and let us know that. They lay down a floor cloth to avoid soiling floors. When the job has been a repair of a needed heating system, they have come on the day I contacted them. (Minnesota is cold in winter) They provide some education on what we can do ourselves to keep our heating and plumbing system working its best in the future. They provided us options at different price levels when selecting a new heating system.
Description of Work: Within one day of my request, Sertich Plumbing and Heating was at my house to replace my poorly flushing toilet just days before a large holiday party. They did not charge extra due to it being a rush job nor that I had bought the toilet at a big box store. Previously, Sertich Plumbing and Heating installed a new high-efficiency hot water boiler, rerouting a tangle of plumbing pipes so neatly that we were able to enlarge our basement workshop! In October 2010 they installed plumbing to my kichen remodel.
