+ -1 moreI was told by another roofing company that I needed a new roof. I had Tonka roofing come out for an estimate. I received a very honest reply that I did not need a new roof, that mine was in good condition. Tonka did repair a gutter for me unrelated to any roof problems. I would call them again anytime! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate a company for their honesty and not trying to sell me something that I didn't need.
Description of Work: Came out for a roof estimate but it turned out I didn't need a new roof. Tonka performed a gutter repair.

He offered alternative fixes and we decided that the problem could be repaired in the short-term by caulking. The representative was very professional and took extra time to explain how to prevent future problems.

I am trying to sell my Father's house and he told me exactly what I needed to do to fix our flat roof so it would quit raining inside our porch. We had heavy rain after that and no leak. Shortly after that we had a 60 year railing removed from our roof that looked like it had seen its better days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Rich. May your business prosper.

Description of Work: With the recent 17 inch snowfall, I was concerned about getting the roof cleaned before any ice would build up. I called and asked for service before the next snowfall. He explained the cost per hour clearly, and he arrived the next day, calling again before arriving. I was amazed at the equipment he used for this task. It was so effective and he approached the task with great energy, pride in his work and had the job done in 1.5 hours. He went onto the roof and removed snow carefully around all the vents. He cleaned up all the snow he'd removed from the roof that had landed on walkways.

+ 0 moreRich and everyone at Tonka Roofing did a fantastic job. We received a prompt no-hassle bid. They were very patient in helping us understand the scope of the work beforehand. The work crew was a model of professionalism and very prompt. The team came back multiple times after the main work was completed to make sure no details were overlooked and to ensure that we were satisifed with the end result. Cleanup was thorough--I don't think we found a single stray nail in our yard afterwards. From beginning to end it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Tonka Roofing.
