I would highly recommend Gregory Contracting if you are looking for a professional and reliable team to replace an existing deck. They did a great job removing existing deck and replacing with cedar decking and new aluminum posts. Out of the three bids we received, Gregory Contracting was, I believe, the most honest and let us know that our current stairs weren't up to code and needed to be widened. The deck looks beautiful and everyone that comes over comments on how great it looks.

Electricians came and removed light fixtures so ceiling could be done. Drywall workers were done in 2 days and electricians came and installed new fixtures.

I cannot express full our satisfaction with Gregory Contracting. It is so refreshing, and unfortunately in this day and age, uncommon, to deal with such a professional company. Their workmanship is outstanding. Responsiveness, follow through and attention to detail over the top. While they may not be the cheapest company to hire, overall the quality of workmanship and the professional level is by far the best value for the money. If you want it done right the first time, on time and with far above average workmanship, hire them.

We were very satisfied, this was an insurance claim and GC had to deal direct with insurance company, faxing in info and a 2 part pay system with the insurance.Excellent with explaining bid and materials.

It's going well. They are a local company, and all of the workers are very knowledgeable and reside in the area, too. I appreciate that do not allow smoking at job sites as well.

I've got a 250 foot driveway plus three car drives so when they come here they've got a lot of work. It's a lot of area plus they have to do a turnaround. I've got a turnaround near the house so that the trucks that deliver packages can back in so they don't have to back all the way down the driveway to get out because they always run off the driveway and I have to get to tow the truck out to get them out (runs into all kinds of problems) They are prompt. They are always on time. I have an agreement that I pay him $50 if he arrives by 7'O clock in the morning and if he doesn't then it is $40 a time, but he is always prompt. He is always here and when I am ready to go to work, it's clear and usually he is here much before 7 and most times I don't even see him. He does a very good job. He does a very respectable job compared to years passed with other ones. I've had this guy for 2 years now and he is really good. It's just one truck and I don't know who is driving or anything like that, it's just the company as Gregory Contracting. I would say that he is one of the best guys I've had and I've had a lot of them. He is well established and he has an off season business in contracting. He's got big trucks and everything. He has a builder and he builds sheds and things like that. I know he's going to be here next year and I want somebody who is well established and that doesn't disappear after a year. His price is a little higher and I like to pay as he is worth it. I would continue to use him for snow removal. I depend on Angie's List for this kind of information so I am certainly willing to participate. This is the best.
