My experience with them was so-so. We had our furnace replaced a couple of years ago. They ruined my carpet. He went round and round about it. It took a while to settle it. They compensated us with some money but not enough to replace the carpet that was in our family room. So it was only partial. That was my main problem. Their pricing was high. The weather had turned cold already and we were kinda up a creek. We needed heat and it was one of those things we couldn't shop around for, really. We were in the middle of a cold spell and we needed it done. I would consider using them in the future, depending on what it is.
