Gary was very quick to respond and to perform the work. We had some questions on completion, and Gary was here early the next day to answer and provide added service HIMSELF! He really cares about customer service and repeat business. We appreciate this quality in a business owner.

I called Gary and asked for an estimate. We agreed on a time for him to do the estimate. He arrived on time for the estimate. We came to an agreement and I signed a contract. Gary returned and did the work, as specified, at the agreed upon time and to the agreed upon standards. He behaved professionally and was very personable and easy to work with at all phases of the project. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Gary responded very quickly to my request to look at the trees at a house I recently purchased. He identified 2 very sick oak trees and 2 more oaks that should be trimmed. He agreed with me that it would be a good idea to remove 2 pines and an elm that were very close to the house. He also agreed to remove all the buckthorn in the yard and 1 othe elm that was crowding some other more robust trees. He gave me a quote of $2150 to do the work (which did not include grinding the stumps). Once work started, Gary determined that one of the oaks that he was going to trim was actually rotten at the base and he suggested removing it instead, which I agreed. He also showed how another oak was not very healthy and even though it could live anywhere form 5 to 15 more years, there was a good chance that a large portion of it could break off at any time and trimming that part would not leave much of a tree. We negotiated removing the 2 oaks for an additional $1150. It took Gary and his team 3 days to remove and clear out everything. He also left me a stack of firewood that should last me about 3 years (we don't light a lot of fires). During the process a large branch landed on and damaged our chain-link fence. Gary fixed the damages the next day. I found Gary to be very professional, his team fast and efficient and his prices excellent. My wife and I were sad to see so many trees leave, but we are confident the remaining trees are healthy and now our yard looks much bigger.
