SERVICEMASTER CLEAN

Very good and professional

They charge $75.00 hr. for 2 ladies. It is usually the same 2 ladies which I appreciate. They bring their own supplies. They work around my family when we are there. They are timely and call us when they will be late. They know us by name which is nice too. When they leave the house is very clean and has that nice clean scent. I will hire them again and recommend them.

The crew that came to work was good. However, the price was much more than the quote. They did not do what they said they would do and it was a bad experience for me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The people who came to help were great! Very professional, very courteous, and explained exactly what was going on. AFTER this we kept getting hassled to send in the a form allowing them to bill our insurance company. We had already sent it in. The daily phone calls went on until they contacted State Farm, who contacted us. They finally sent another form for us to sign. We still haven't seen our belongings and it's been months! That's obviously not as much of a priority as getting paid.

Mike showed up at the appointed time and did a walk through of the entire house with me. The price he re-quoted was the same price I was given over the phone. He was very neat and careful as he did the work and was able to get most areas clean.

I highly recommend ServiceMaster Clean of Chaska for your general cleaning needs. The same two employees come out every time, so they know what I like and what I prefer not to have done. I am usually home with my babies when they clean, and they are great about working around us, or cleaning certain areas last due to nap schedules. The cleaning ladies are fun and energetic when they clean, and always call me if they are running late. Due to the health status of my babies, it is important that I do not have people in the house who are sick. ServiceMaster of Chaska has a note in my file as to this matter, and are always cautious that everyone is healthy when here. On one occasion, they called me to inform me of an illness of an employee that would be at my house, asking if it was okay for them to work in my home. They provided me with adequate information for me to make a decision as to if they should be in my home.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB UNTIL IT CAME TO THE UPHOLSTERY .

DID AN OVERALL GREAT JOB! THEY WERE ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY THOROUGH. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARE FRIENDLY, THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, AND THEY ARE PRETTY FAST. I LIKE THE WORK THEY DO, THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB.

THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND WERE PROFESSIONAL WHEN AT OUR HOME. IN ADDITION TO THIS, A COUPLE OF STAINS DIDNT COME OUT AND SOME CAME BACK, BUT THEY CAME OUT 2 MORE TIMES UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. THEY WERE THE HIGHER OF THE 2 ESTIMATES WE GOT, BUT WERE MUCH MORE COURTEOUS THAN THE OTHERS.
