Very good about making improvements to our plumbing. We have a 45 year old house with the original fixtures and needed help getting it more accessible for a senior citizen. They were very good and very professional.

We called him because our dishwasher water had not drained.The first question he asked was, "did you recently install a garbage disposal?" We knew we had a professional when he asked that question. Our cleaning person had also told us that week that we had leaks, so we asked him to look at those as well. Jeff was neat, brought his shop vacuum with him to the work site and cleaned up immediately. I thought he worked efficiently and quickly. Our impression is that he is a personable professional. Nice guys and extremely helpful. Came to the house before appliances were purchased, just to make sure the switch was even possible. Recommended an electrician (also a great find) and ran the new gas line. Once the appliances were delivered, they came right over and now we're literally "cooking with gas". Since this is a new home for us, we were able to ask them little questions about the drippy faucet and running toilet. They were happy to answer questions and give a helping hand. Keeping their number close by in case we need need more help.
