 + -1 moreI filed a negative report last year because the pond looked bad even after I called several times to complain. I called about two weeks ago to complain how bad the pond looks and our neighborhood contact indicated they came shortly after that but the pond still looks bad. Either they don't use enough chemical or the wrong kind because their treatment is not working. About two weeks after my negative report last year they came again to treat the pond and it looked good for the rest of the season. I can only conclude they hadn't done the work correctly before my report.
Description of Work: Midwest has been hired to treat our neighborhood pond for several years but in the last three or four years the treatment has not worked.

 + -1 moreThey were professional, they handle work that many people will not take on. You can barely tell that they were here. They followed up to see if they could be of more service. It looks like their work was successful. The chemicals they use are approved by DNR not to hurt any animals.
Description of Work: Poisoned all cattails in my pond.
