Great Experience !! Called at 0800.... door repaired by 1130. Chad completed the repair from start to finish in less than 45 mins. Watched him work....he clearly knows garage doors. (He has worked for the Power Doors for 15 years). Knowledgeable and friendly. Price was very Good !! -- and with Excellent Service!! I would enthusiastically recommend Door Power Garage Doors to my Family and Friends.

We called Door Power around 11:00 am when we realized our double garage door spring had broken. They answered my call right away and said they would have someone out before 3 pm. Then they called back a bit later and said they had someone on their way and they would be there by 12:30 - and they were! What great response time!! The work was completed quickly and professionally plus they lubricated the door and made certain everything looked good before leaving. Could not have asked for better service!!

Door power was very responsive to my calls. We had another company out to work on our door who said the could not fix it and had to be replaced. Bill with Door Power thought his workers could fix the door. They came out, repaired the door with no problems and suggested that we replace the door by spring. He gave us half our repair bill back on a new door, which was promptly installed a week after the initial repair. Everything went spectacular and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Door Power was impressive. After talking with two other businesses, a friend suggested Door Power. The person who answered the phone was the owner and he was very helpful. Service was scheduled for the next day, and the price was given over the phone. The price did not change after the service person wrote up the invoice. The service person was polite and respectful. The whole job was finished in approximately half an hour. As far as grading the quality of the work, I guess we'll see how long these springs last. It is difficult to grade pricing because this is the only company that performed the work. The price was competitive compared to what another company estimated over the phone. The third company would not talk about pricing on the phone.

They did a good job. They arrived on time and quickly got the garage door opener replaced. The only thing the technician was not able to do was get the link to my phone working. He was not trained in setting it up and referred me to the technical support line for that item.

Arrived within 1 hour of being called. Performed requested and checked, serviced entire door and opener (fixed opener connection) and lubricated door...Work took about an hour. Paid by check. Door still working fine, a month later.... ...... Have used Door Power for about 30 years, since his father owned company. Including many garage door panels, springs (I always replace springs in pairs when one breaks). On my home, rental property, and friends property. No problems ever! .... Very well. I called in the morning and Devern was out within 3 hours. He was polite and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem right away, replacing a coupler. He, also, lubricated the rollers and hinges, tightened hardware and checked the door balance. Devern completed the work very quickly and a variety of payment methods were offered, which was great. I would definitely hire Door Power in the future.

Chad suggested replacing one of the openers and he checked the batteries on the other. He also oiled and checked the springs. He used a ladder and checked the lights attached to the opener machine. He also helped me change a code to the door. Chad was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and he arrived at exactly the suggested time that was promised. I would definitely recommend this company.

On time, replaced door lift cables and adjusted door close limits - was done in 10 minutes. I have used this company several times and have always had prompt service at a reasonable price.

Extremely satisfied. Lee was here within 2 hours of my call. Installed new gear, lubricated all doors, and reprogramed 2 remote openers. As new owner of home I was ready to pay extra to have a new gear installed on 2nd door to avoid similar breakdown. After inspecting it, Lee advised that it appeared to have been changed out recently, and that he wouldn't feel right about charging me for a new one. Very impressed with his competence, professionalism, and honesty. Door Power will handle any needed work in future.

We are well pleased with the work completed from initial contact, installation and follow up. Bill offered good advice on the garage door opener best fitting our needs, provided a quote for equipment and installation, and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The new system is great!

Chad was at my house within an hour of calling. It took about 15 minutes to repair and works great now. One of the side cables was broken at the loop by the bottom of the door. Chad suggested replacing both. After looking at the second cable I was glad it was replaced as it was showing signs or wear and for the extra $20 it was worth it.

Chad arrived promptly at the scheduled time and performed a tricky repair in less than an hour. The door was improperly installed many years ago without secure attachment of the torsion bars to the framing. When the torsion bars separated from the framing due to a broken lift cable, it resulted in dangerously stressed pressure on the torsion bar joint and springs. Chad knew exactly how to fix the problem safely and completed the repair in less than an hour.

He did a good job. There is a five year warranty on it. They had quality people come up. One of the problems with door had pulled loose and they fixed it.

Our electric garage door wouldn't shut so we detached it from the electric box in order to shut it. It came off the track when my son accidentally used the opener while it was detached...long story short, it looked like we would need to get a whole new door! We called a couple of other companies who said they would charge a fee just to come look, and/or limited the type of payment they would take. To the contrary, the guy at Door Power was very easy going, came promptly and fixed the problem without trying to sell us on other "problems." I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs a fast, professional fix without being overcharged. In a world where every man seems to be out for himself, it was refreshing to get one that truly lived up to being a family owned service provider!

They are a good vendor. I have hired them twice. I turn to them because they are very prompt. When I call them, they are usually here within 24 hours. I feel the pricing is fair. The technician both times was cheerful, talkative, and worked quickly.

A tenant called me this morning saying his garage door was broken. I called Door Power about 11:30 am and by 2:30 pm thay had been to the property and fixed the problem. They billed me directly so the tenant was not in the middle of the payment process.
