I left Cody (The company owner) a voice mail message Since it was a small job and we were not in a rush, we gave Cody the option of calling us when he had time. Cody called on a Friday about a week after my initial voice mail message. We told Cody that since my wife is retired and I work from home we can be fairly flexible on scheduling. He said he would have time the next Monday afternoon, sometime after 1:00PM. He said he would call Monday when he could pinpoint the time better. Cody called Monday at about 12:00 and asked if it would be OK to come and do the work arriving between 2:30PM and 2:45PM. That was fine with us. He arrived at 2:35PM, He helped us evaluate what needed to be done and what could wait. We are very pleased with the results and the price for all the work Cody did. We highly recommedn him as an honest hard worker.
Description of Work: Needed carpet restreched after we observed numerous areas in need of streching after 4 years of use. The carpet is high quality carpet and pad. We suspect that the original installer did a poor job which is now becoming apparent.

Cody is a self-employed contract carpet installer who I found out about from a friend of a friend. We needed to have a very small amount of carpet re-installed after we had a fireplace hearth installed. The fireplace guys were willing to contract a carpet company to do the work, but by the time everybody got a piece of the action, the price was prohibitive for 20 minutes work. I called Cody and he said he could stop by after he finished another job a few days from when I called. He arrived promptly, and as I guessed was done in 20 minutes. He did excellent work, cleaned up everything, and was gone. I couldn't have asked for more at a better price. I would definitely call him again if I needed carpet repaired, re-stretched, or installed.
Description of Work: Re-stretch carpet after fireplace hearth install.
