I have used Premier Pool and Spa since 2017 and have seen a definite decline of their services. The last service used was closing of my pool the summer of 2019. They closed my pool with a couple newer guys that closed it the year before. The one guy was learning from the other. When labor people take care of your things they don't do it the way you would. They do it the fastest way possible which can ruin equipment. They took my mesh cover off and closed pool. In the process when they were folding my wet pool cover I had to remind them to spray something on it to keep it from molding. It was like they were not even planning on doing that just putting it away wet. They also said there were a couple of brass anchors broke and they would fix them. They open my pool last year so they must have broke them off last year. I said yes fixed them not thinking I would get charged. Every year the price continues to go up and they charge for each thing they do. These things they do need to be done to close a pool such as lower the water to close the pool. In the past I have not been charge for lowering the pool. The bill I received was $496.06 for closing my pool lowering water level and fixing 2 brass anchors. They then sent an email and told me they automatically took it off the credit card they have on file without asking me. Then I received a second email that they were charging my credit card a second time in the same day as the email came from a second person at the office. Since 2017 I have always called to pay my bill. Since my bill was not right I needed to talk to them. In the process of calling I wanted to talk with the Owner but they would not let me. They finally let me finally talk to a manager. That day I called the manager I called to pay the bill but ended up not paying as the guy at the front desk was not very nice when I called to pay him. Long story short instead of the manager taking care of this the company sent it to collections to get the money. I ended up paying $380.11 after several calls which was a lot closer but still not the exact amount I was quoted when initially called. They were probable in the process of increasing their pricing but you do have to let a client know from 1 year to the next. I will not be using their service for my pool in the future. Good luck to others that used them. By the way I have an extremely high credit rating so sending this to collections was not the right thing to do.

WOW! Absolute WORST customer service ever! I had my pool vac serviced for a warranty issue last year at this store with no problems at all. I had another problem this spring. Called this morning, explained the problem, and was told yes, it was covered, and that I could wait while it was fixed. I drove 120 miles (it's the nearest service center) and when I arrived, was treated VERY rudely by Bernie, who I later found out was the owner. He refused to fix my vacuum, even though it is clearly stated on my warranty that it was covered. He refused to fix it since I didn't buy it at his store, and even called me a liar and said I'd never been there before. What the heck? He is listed on the Hayward site as an authorized service center for warranty issues! I tried and tried, but he completely refused. And he was mean about it. What kind of business owner stands there and calls a customer a liar in front of other customers???? He was rude, refused to fix my vac, and was just horrible!!!!!!! When I offered to pay and sort out the warranty details with Hayward later, just so I didn't have to drive all that way again (have you noticed how expensive gas is???) , he quoted me an outrageous rate and told me he wouldn't do it while I waited. That was a wasted tank of gas! Be very wary of this place! Will be reporting to Hayward customer service! I called another service center in the cities, and they were WONDERFUL! Called the folks at http://www.allpoolside.com/index.htmand they were wonderful and will take good care of you.
