I haven't had any problems since and I would hire them again.

We recently moved into a new home that has both a boiler and furnace. Both units are older but work great. Peak was recommended to us so we asked Peak to come take a look and a**** what we are working with. The service techs attempted to red-tag my boiler, stating that it is incorrectly vented, when in reality it is correctly vented to the manufacturer's specifications. The techs didn't know that I know quite a bit about boilers and immediately launched into a sales pitch to replace the unit. The Peak techs either didn't know what they were doing or were trying to take advantage of me--who they guessed was just a female homeowner who doesn't know anything about how heating systems work. Two other local companies have since visited my home and reported that even though my systems are older, they are in fine working condition and have plenty of life remaining. My advice would be to RUN from Peak and don't look back.

Honestly, this was the best experience we have had with an HVAC company. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and fixed the issue at a reasonable cost. We will use again and recommend to others. Sean was the best and we appreciated his insight into our furnace situation.

I was without heat during a bitterly cold weekend. Peak was kind enough to send someone out on an emergency repair that Saturday without charging me an extra emergency charge. The very thoughtful and helpful repairman replaced batteries in east thermostat (west ok) He informed me that some zones weren't dampened at all, thus not controlling the house properly. He advised that custom dampers would need to be installed and zone control updated for zones to work properly. I couldn't afford to continue with this repair at the time. He was awarded thank-you hug from me for his patience and generous helpful suggestions.

We have been with them 2000. They were very professional and efficient. They were very friendly. One person came out and they left the area very clean. It took them a half an hour at the most. It's still a pretty new furnace. They were just checking the specs to make sure everything is where it's suppose to be.

They told me that there was a start of a crack in the flue, and that the furnace would need to be replaced. I have been completely satisfied. I have no desire to try and find someone else. I have no reason to.

I have been very satisfied. I did a little comparing on the price. I don't know if they were the cheapest, but they did a very good job. I have used them for quite awhile, actually before they did this work. They serviced my old furnace. I don't know if someone there purchased from the previous owner, but they installed our original furnace and air conditioner when we had our house built in 1998. It then became Peak, and we have always had them service us. They have always been prompt and good with that, so I just stayed with them when I got the new air conditioner. They have been reliable and responsive to our needs always.

He identified the problem and fixed it. I was very pleased with the technician. He was very appropriate and wanted to be helpful. He was very professional and concerned on fixing the issue. I was only charged for the time and the part. He even replaced a sensor and after it was done it asked if I had a small left over container and he went and fashioned a protective cover for the senor so a rabbit or other animal couldn't hit it.

excellent, they had installed the new furnace and I've used them for annual maintenance in the past. They do a good job.

Andy and his installation foreman, Jason, combined to do a highly professional job throughout the bidding/installation process involving 2 high efficiency furnaces, central air conditioners, humidifiers, and thermostats. The work took 2.5 days, and I was very appreciative that Jason didn't rush to finish sooner. (Another bidder had claimed that he could do the whole job in 1 day, which made me wary that his maim motive was to save man hours on a set price.) The new system is operating extremely well, and it's my understanding, from my research, that the install job is the key factor that controls the outcome.

The worker cleaned up his messes, arrived on time, and let me know he was coming out.

A very good experience. We were given 4 different options (2 different manufacturers) that were appropriate for our home, after talking through all of my questions and concerns. I liked this approach over the two other quotes we got where the sales rep just picked the model he thought we should have without explaining why they chose it. Peak was slightly lower cost than the others for comparable equipment. Peak was able to fit us into their schedule promptly, which was great because we had no A/C during a heat wave. The job itself took less than a day. They arrived on time, had a professional work crew, hauled away our old unit and cleaned up after themselves.

Peak is excellent. Andy and the team were phenomenal walking me though various thermostat options. The market is changing fast and Andy and team did a good amount of research to ensure we had the best and latest configuration. They were patient with my knowledge and schedule. They were punctual, optimistic, and committed to having a happy customer. This job, by the way was tough and others had passed it by. Andy and the team made it look easy. Couldn’t be a happier customer.

I had an old inefficient furnace and air conditioner replace just because it was time so I had time to look around and decided to look for a Carrier supplier. I found Peak and couple of other suppliers from the Carrier web site as authorize and trained on Carrier. The cost were very similar although one was going to give me a free humidifier which was really just built into the cost. I worked with Andy Korba at Peak. He came over and looked at what we had. He gave me prices for 4 packages. They were complete, easy for me to understand, and had all model numbers so I could do any additional research that I wanted to do. I am a person that asks many questions and he answered everyone completely and promptly. On the date of installation they were there on time and completed all the work in one day. Everyone was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. I would rate this experience as the best I have had of any of the projects I have completed around my house because of the professional approach from beginning to end. There was a minor issue with the inspection that was not really anything Peak touch, the gas regulator, but they can right out and corrected it. I felt that was exceptional follow through. If I could give them an A+ here I would.

We returned from a six day trip to find our furnace was out. Peak looked at it originally on 10/14 and after a thorough inspection felt they found the culprit- a wet power board due to the AC line freezing a few weeks prior. Michael from Peak came to our house promptly this past Saturday to quickly assess the "new" issue. Originally we all assumed it needed a new power board which would run close to $600. After testing the different components he found bad wiring leftover from the humidifier installation last year (wasn't installed by Peak) was causing interference between the thermostat and the heating unit. Based on his inspection he recommended not replacing the power board and he took his time to show us what he believes went wrong. Total cost of this emergency repair: $0. He didn't charge us for this visit. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Definitely one of the fairest, most credible, responsive, contractors I have worked with in the local area. As a side note: my wife also worked with them on needed repairs prior to our marriage and they treated her like gold. I will recommend them every change I get. Heating and AC are two basic necessities for survival in Minnesota, especially when you have a baby in the house!

We had no heat on New Years Eve afternoon and they were the only company who would respond. They were honest and straightforward and walked me through everything. Cory was fabulous and got the furnace up and running again at a significantly discounted price because I helped clean out the condensate pump.

Tom was prompt with his initial estimate and very clear when we talked through the options. He really thought about the routing because it was a bit tricky and I wanted it done to minimize soffits. Work was done in 1 day.
